Pelle Larsson - Struggles with shot vs. Memphis Larsson finished Friday's 114-109 preseason loss to the Grizzlies with 14 points (5-17 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists and two steals over 32 minutes.
Impact Larsson got his first start of the preseason Friday, and although he struggled from the field, he finished the game with a team-high plus-21 point differential. The rookie second-round pick is unlikely to see much playing time at the NBA level, meaning he could spend most of the 2024-25 regular season getting meaningful reps in the G League with the Sioux Falls Skyforce.

Impact With the Heat resting their starters, Christopher saw extended playing time off the bench Friday. He took advantage of the opportunity by leading the Heat in scoring, and he also contributed on the defensive end of the floor with four steals. Christopher signed a two-way contract with the Heat in July, and he'll likely spend most of the 2024-25 regular season in the G League with the Sioux Falls Skyforce.

Kel'el Ware - Solid finish to preseason Ware tallied 16 points (7-17 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds, one assist, two blocks and two steals over 28 minutes in Friday's 114-109 preseason win over the Grizzlies.
Impact Ware saw extended playing time off the bench Friday as Bam Adebayo (rest) and the other prominent Heat players sat for the preseason finale. Ware led the Heat with seven rebounds, and he was responsible for both of Miami's blocked shots. Ware will likely begin the 2024-25 regular season as the primary backup at center, but his willingness to shoot from three means he could share the floor with Adebayo.
