Jordan Goodwin - Sees 20 minutes in lossGoodwin totaled eight points (3-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds and six assists over 20 minutes during Friday's 114-106 loss to the Kings.
ImpactThe Suns were missing Kevin Durant (ankle) and Grayson Allen (groin) Friday, and their status for Tuesday's game against the Warriors is in the air. Goodwin's production has been all over the place this season, but he stepped up for the second unit Friday and may be asked to do the same if the Suns are shorthanded against Golden State.

Chimezie Metu - Plays well off benchMetu provided 10 points (4-9 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, one assist, two blocks and two steals over 23 minutes during Friday's 114-106 loss to the Kings.
ImpactThe Suns were very shorthanded Friday, and that seems to be the story of their season. Kevin Durant (ankle) and Grayson Allen (groin) were held out, and Nassir Little left the game after four minutes due to the concussion protocol. Metu made the most of his newfound minutes, setting a new season-best mark of 10 points. He's been a fringe rotation player for most of the season, but credit to Metu for stepping up when his number was called.

Jusuf Nurkic - Scores 15 points in lossNurkic closed with 15 points (6-13 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-4 FT), nine rebounds, three assists and one steal in 30 minutes during Friday's 114-106 loss to the Kings.
ImpactNurkic did take a shot to the face which prompted a quick concussion check in the locker room, but he returned a few minutes later and seemed fine. Nurkic had more on his plate offensively Friday with Kevin Durant (ankle) sitting out, and his fantasy managers will be glad to see that he bounced back after he was held to three points in 29 minutes Tuesday against the Lakers.

Sasha Vezenkov - Scores 14 off benchVezenkov registered 14 points (5-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists and three steals across 20 minutes during Friday's 114-106 win over the Suns.
ImpactKevin Huerter played a foul-plagued 17 minutes and scored just a single point, so the Kings turned to Vezenkov and he certainly didn't disappoint. Vezenkov came into Friday's game averaging 10.0 minutes in his previous two games played, so perhaps this will give the coaching staff something to think about.
DECEMBER 9, 2023ROTOWIRE
Kevin Huerter - Held to a single pointHuerter accumulated one point (0-4 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one steal in 17 minutes during Friday's 114-106 win over the Suns.
ImpactHuerter got into early foul trouble for the Kings and never found a rhythm. Luckily for Sacramento, Malik Monk and Sasha Vezenkov stepped up off the bench and combined for 27 points. Huerter was playing well in his previous four games, so fantasy managers can chalk this up as an off night.

De'Aaron Fox - Drops 34 points in winFox chipped in 34 points (11-24 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 8-10 FT), four rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 35 minutes during Friday's 114-106 victory over the Suns.
ImpactFox has been on an absolute tear for the Kings. In his last 10 games, Fox has averaged 30.8 points, 6.8 assists, 5.0 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 3.1 three-pointers. His perimeter shooting has improved a ton this season, as he's on pace to easily set a new career-best mark with 3.0 three-pointers per game.
