Draymond Green kicks opponent in second consecutive game
Draymond Green was whistled for a flagrant foul in double-overtime Thursday against the Rockets when he flailed his leg after attempting a shot from underneath the basket, catching James Harden's face. Green, of course, was suspended during the Finals last season and fined for kicking Steven Adams a few weeks earlier.
He responded to the controversy by tweeting photos of the Bad Boy Pistons and explaining that the NBA is unfairly penalizing him for the way his "body reacts."
Via the Mercury News:
"They need to go take a few more kinesiology classes, though," Green said. "Maybe they can take a taping class or functional movement classes. Let me know how the body works, because clearly mine don’t work the right way."
The Warriors played Saturday at home against the Suns, and Green awkwardly kicked Marquese Chriss in the third quarter.
The incident certainly doesn't look like a normal reaction to the way Green's momentum was shifting, but only he knows for sure.
