Impact Jones doesn't typically light it up in any particular column, but he's proven to be a stable source of production in scoring, assists, rebounding and steals. Jones' backcourt fantasy value is hamstrung by his inability to connect from deep consistently, but managers who have bountiful shooting could look to Jones for production in other areas.

Impact Jones is not on the same level as Keldon Johnson or Devin Vassell when it comes to offensive importance and scoring consistency, but the former Duke product has looked good of late, with 10 or more points in all but one of his previous eight outings. The fact that he's also recorded two or more steals six times in that span suggests he's doing more than just putting points on the board, and this makes the Spurs' floor general a decent option in most fantasy formats. Jones is averaging 15.9 points, 6.1 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 1.6 steals during the aforementioned eight-game stretch.

The 22-year-old has recorded at least two steals in six of his last eight outings and is now averaging 1.5 steals per game this season. Considering the starting point guard spot is his to lose, it would be nice to see a bit more consistency in his assist numbers, as he is averaging 6.7 per game but hasn't had more than five in any of the last three contests.

With the Spurs down on troops, Jones has been able to put up top-50 value over the past two weeks. While he is a clear must-roster player, this could also be a nice time to try and sell high before the Spurs start getting healthy bodies back on the floor.
