Good to go Gibson (shin) has no injury designation for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports. Impact Gibson will continue to play through a shin fracture and work as Washington's lead runner, but he did run into trouble before the Week 9 bye, finishing three straight games with no touchdowns and less than 60 total yards while playing no more than 42 percent of offensive snaps. That, after playing at least 55 percent of snaps in Washington's first five games, with 432 total yards and four TDs. Part of it seems to be the shin injury, and part of it is J.D. McKissic getting more playing time with Washington playing from behind. Whatever the case, a bye week won't necessarily have fixed the problem, especially given the difficult Week 10 matchup against Tampa's stout front seven. That said, Gibson will suit up Sunday for a ninth time in nine games this season, and he's thus far recorded at least 11 touches in every contest
