Maxx Williams - No practice Wednesday Williams (shoulder) didn't practice Wednesday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Impact After failing to catch his only target on a season-high snap share (79 percent) in Week 1, Williams has been busy as a receiver over the last three games on less work, hauling in all 15 passes directed his way from Kyler Murray for 179 yards and one touchdown. It's unclear if Williams' current health concern will threaten his ability to suit up Sunday versus the 49ers, but he'll look to get back on the practice field Thursday and/or Friday and put himself in a position to do so.

Chase Edmonds - Dealing with shoulder injury Edmonds didn't practice Wednesday due to a shoulder issue, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Both Edmonds and James Conner were listed as non-participants, but the latter's absence was attributed to personal reasons. Edmonds wasn't tasked with a regular and large workload during his first three seasons in the league, but he's logged at least 60 percent of the offensive snaps in each of the Cardinals' four games en route to 63 touches for 395 yards. The elevated reps may be to blame for his current injury, but he'll look to get past it by week's end in order to play Sunday against the 49ers.
