Impact Tillman, who played 26 snaps for the second straight week, had just two of the 27 targets allocated to wideouts in the win. He's fourth on the depth chart, which means limited opportunities behind Amari Cooper (eight targets), Jerry Jeudy (six) and Elijah Moore (eight). Tillman has two receptions on three targets for five yards through two games.

Playing through foot injury Garrett told reporters after Sunday's 18-13 win over the Jaguars that his foot doesn't "feel great," but he will play through it, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.
Impact Garrett popped up on the Browns' injury report Thursday as a DNP, and he was limited during Friday's practice session. He finished Sunday's game with three solo tackles, including 1.0 sacks, and one forced fumble. Garrett will likely be held out or limited during practices leading up to Week 3 against the Giants, but the expectation is that the 2017 first-round pick will play as long as his foot injury doesn't get worse.

Manages Browns to victory Watson completed 22 of 34 passes for 186 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 18-13 win over the Jaguars. He added five rushes for 20 yards and a touchdown.
Impact It was still far from a prolific performance, but Watson improved significantly compared to his dismal Week 1 showing.
