Impact Stefanski said Tuesday morning that Cooper, who hasn't practiced since suffering an undisclosed injury during joint practices with the Vikings last Thursday, was in line to return to practice, but the No. 1 wideout isn't actually on the field. Returning to practice Tuesday Coach Kevin Stefanski said Tuesday that Cooper (undisclosed) will practice, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Cooper exited joint practices with the Vikings last Thursday early due to an undisclosed injury, but it looks like he's now healthy. Stefanski said that Cleveland's starters "should expect to play Saturday" versus the Seahawks, per Zac Jackson of The Athletic, but that an actual decision on availability for the preseason finale won't be made until later in the week.

Won't return to practice this week Wills (knee) has not been cleared to practice this week, and his return date is uncertain, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Impact Wills had knee surgery last December and was placed on the active/PUP list in late July. He'll end up missing Cleveland's entire preseason slate, though he could still be ready to start by Week 1 of the regular season. The Browns have been hit hard by injuries to their tackle group, as Jack Conklin (knee), James Hudson (ankle), Hakeem Adeniji (knee) and Germain Ifedi (hand) are all currently hurt as well.
