Impact Pollard logged limited practices during Week 18 prep and was given a questionable tag on Thursday's injury report. However, the Cowboys ruled him out Friday, giving him a week of rest ahead of the postseason. Clement hasn't had many chances to produce behind Elliott and Pollard this season, as he's averaged 3.2 yards on his 26 carries and posted two catches (on three targets) for seven yards in 16 games. Still, when he stepped in as the No. 2 RB for Pollard in Week 13 at Washington, he turned 14 touches into 46 total yards.

Impact Clement played on just seven of the Cowboys' 73 offensive snaps in the contest. Impact Clement elevated to the No. 2 role for last week's win over Washington while Pollard sat out with a torn plantar fascia in his left foot, finishing the day with 13 carries for 44 yards to go with one two-yard reception. Though Clement hasn't typically had a role in the game plan when both Elliott and Pollard are active, since the latter two have been nursing injuries of late, the Wisconsin product looks like he'll get a couple reps in an effort to lessen their workloads. Clement is still unlikely to see enough touches to make for a reliable fantasy option, even in most deeper leagues.

Impact Clement arrives in Dallas as the No. 3 back, and he's unlikely to get snaps on offense unless Ezekiel Elliott or Tony Pollard suffers an injury or the Cowboys are in the closing minutes of a blowout. Instead, Clement is mostly expected to make his mark on special teams, something he did for the Eagles in 2017 before emerging as an unlikely rookie hero in the team's run to the Super Bowl. While he hasn't done anything of interest to fantasy managers since his debut campaign, Clement logged 268 snaps on special teams for the Eagles last year. He then landed with the Giants this offseason, but Big Blue settled on Devontae Booker and Gary Brightwell as the depth options behind Saquon Barkley (knee). Meanwhile, Clement has now been rostered by three of the four NFC East teams this calendar year.

Clement settled for a one-year, $990,000 deal a couple months later, but it sounds like he's now pushing Booker for what could be the Week 1 starting job (if Barkley isn't ready).
