Cleared for Week 16 Sanders (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Patriots. Impact Sanders cleared up most of the concern about the health of his knee by turning in a full practice Thursday, and though he dropped down to limited activity Friday, the Bills characterized it as a "vet rest" day. As such, Sanders is poised to return from a one-game absence, and the Bills could need him to play more than 90 percent of the offensive snaps for just the fourth time all season while fellow wideouts Cole Beasley (illness) and Gabriel Davis (illness) are sidelined after landing on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Stefon Diggs will remain the Bills' clear No. 1 receiver, but the absences of Beasley and Davis should open up more target volume for Sanders, Isaiah McKenzie and Jake Kumerow, and potentially tight end Dawson Knox, too.
