Jets won't consider trade General manager Joe Douglas released a statement Monday announcing that New York "will not trade" Reddick after his request to be moved. Impact Douglas' statement also confirms "[Reddick] will continue to be fined per the CBA if he does not report." Jordan Schultz of BleacherReport.com reports that the Jets made a contract offer to Reddick, who has one year remaining on his current deal, prior acquiring him via trade from the Eagles, but that the veteran pass rusher turned that offer down. Reddick has since held out of minicamp and training camp, culminating in his trade request Monday. Unless one side becomes willing to budge, it appears that Reddick's holdout will continue indefinitely.
