Expects to be ready for Week 1 Warren (hamstring) said Monday he expects to be ready for Pittsburgh's regular-season opener against the Falcons on Sunday, Sept. 8, Brian Batko of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette repo... Impact Warren was limited to light work during the portion of Monday's practice open to the media, per Batko, but he still has nearly two weeks to get fully healthy for Week 1. The third-year pro suffered a hamstring injury during the Steelers' second preseason game, but there doesn't appear to be tangible concern about his regular-season availability. When Warren is back to full health, he seems positioned to operate as a co-starter out of the backfield alongside Najee Harris, as was the case during the 2023 season. Cordarrelle Patterson figures to be the primary beneficiary behind Harris if Warren's injury does linger.
