Impact Thomas, who joined the team as an undrafted free agent, is a player who figures to land on the Patriots' practice squad should he go unclaimed on waivers. The Miami product has some untapped upside, so we wouldn't be surprised if he sees regular-season snaps at some point down the road this season.
