Traded to Chargers The Bears are slated to trade Mack (foot) to the Chargers in exchange for a 2022 second-round draft pick along with a 2023 sixth-rounder, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Impact The deal, which is in line to become official next week, will provide the Chargers' pass rush (which also features Joey Bosa) with a huge boost heading into the 2022 campaign. Mack, who landed on IR last November due to a foot injury that required surgery, finished up his last season with Chicago with 19 tackles and six sacks over the course of seven games.
