Daniel Carlson - Perfect in upset victory Carlson made all four of his field-goal attempts and converted both of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 26-23 win over the Ravens.
Impact Carlson, who missed a 49-yarder in Week 1, avenged the disappointing four-point performance in the season opener by out-dueling legendary Ravens kicker Justin Tucker on Sunday with makes from 53, 51 and 25 yards before nailing the game winner from 38 yards out with under 30 seconds left to play in the fourth quarter. Impact Mayer once again logged nearly as many offensive snaps (39) as fellow tight end Brock Bowers (43), but the first-round rookie erupted for 98 yards and caught all nine of his targets. With the Raiders struggling to get much going on the ground through the first two weeks of the season, Mayer could be tasked with additional blocking duties while Bowers enjoys a more fantasy-friendly route tree, especially if the team manages to build a lead against the Panthers in Week 3.

Impact The Raiders managed to pull of an improbable victory, but because they trailed for large swaths of the game, the ground attack eventually took a back seat. White still led the team in carries, but it was notably Alexander Mattison that got a red-zone attempt in the third quarter that netted a one-yard touchdown. White has only netted 68 rushing yards on 22 carries over the first two games of the campaign, sending him into a Week 3 home matchup against the reeling Panthers.
