Mark Ingram II - In line to play Sunday Ingram relayed to Katherine Terrell of The Athletic on Friday that he "of course" expects to suit up Sunday against the Buccaneers.
Impact Prior to his trade from Houston to New Orleans becoming official, Ingram signed an extension with the Texans through the 2022 season, according to Field Yates of ESPN. Ingram thus is slated to be Alvin Kamara's primary backup for the foreseeable future. What Ingram's workload entails remains to be seen, but considering Kamara is averaging 23.2 touches per game the former may not get more than short-yardage work in his first game action with the Saints since 2018.

Deonte Harris - Questionable after limited practice Harris (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.
Impact Harris missed practice Wednesday but was able to log limited sessions Thursday and Friday, giving himself a chance to suit up Sunday. With Tre'Quan Smith returning to the fold last week after previously dealing with a hamstring injury of his own, Harris will likely be relegated to No. 3 on the Saints' depth chart, but the diminutive wide receiver should continue to work as the team's primary option in the return game if he's able to suit up.

Taysom Hill - Ruled out, still not practicing Hill (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.
Impact Hill was unable to practice at all this week and still hasn't resumed practicing since being concussed back in Week 5. He presumably has yet to clear the NFL's concussion protocol and will need to do so in order to give himself a chance to play in Week 9 against the Falcons. Trevor Siemian will continue to back up Jameis Winston against the Buccaneers.
