Impact Bullock made his Titans' debut and likely did enough to stick around on the active roster. Though he missed a 44-yard field goal at the end of the third quarter with the team down seven, he converted kicks from 24, 30, 33 and 36 yards -- the last of which served as the game-winning points in overtime. The Titans' offense got on track in Week 2, and Bullock could see plenty of opportunity once again in Week 3 against the Colts.

Impact Detroit has an opening at kicker after letting Matt Prater leave for Arizona. Whereas Bullock is a nine-year veteran with decent leg strength and a serviceable 83.2 percent career field-goal conversion rate, Wright is entering his third year with just three games of experience, but he was perfect on all four of his field goals and all seven of his PATs last year with Pittsburgh. However, it may not matter much who wins this job, as no fantasy manager should be interested in the kicker on what will likely be one of the lowest-scoring offenses in the league.

Impact Detroit didn't waste any time identifying a contingency plan after long-time kicker Matt Prater inked a two-year deal to join the Cardinals on Wednesday. Matthew Wright, the only kicker currently on the Lions' roster, has four career field-goal attempts to his name. The soon-to-be 25-year-old has converted on all four tries, but Bullock would bring with him the experience of 202 NFL field-goal attempts. Detroit would foreseeably be making a horizontal move in transitioning to Bullock, as his 83.2 percent conversion rate is identical to that of Prater.
