Cardale Jones may be staying in school, but the top two QBs in college football are headed to the NFL Draft.

Florida State's Jameis Winston is viewed by most as the top QB prospect in the draft pool, and when Oregon's Marcus Mariota tossed his hat into the ring, the reigning Heisman winner joined the previous winner atop draft boards.

With the deadline to declare having passed, the NFL released the names of the 74 underclassmen who are eligible for the draft and the 10 players who have graduated and still have eligibility remaining, but will enter the draft instead.
