Adam Jones calls Terrelle Pryor 'garbage' following Bengals' victory over Browns
Following the Cincinnati Bengals' 23-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday afternoon, Bengals cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones unloaded on Browns wide receiver Terrelle Pryor -- calling him "garbage" and a "punk."
Jones wasn't done -- he then went after Pryor's upbringing.
Where did all of the vitriol come from, you ask? The relationship between the Bengals and Browns has never been peas and carrots, and earlier this week Jones was on the record expressing his displeasure with the way Pryor plays football:
"[Pryor] pushes off on every route. They do feature him a a little bit, so he does get more looks than a guy who would be in his situation. He's just a guy to me."
Pryor did little to refute that statement Sunday, catching just one pass for three yards, but he is having a breakout season and had 22 receptions for 228 yards in his previous two games.
Jones and the Bengals, however, felt they had a little something to prove in the Ohio Bowl, and they did just that.
Pacman repeatedly answering "garbage" to every question about Pryor. Shakes trash can and says Pryor belongs in there. #Bengals
