John Elway questions Brock Osweiler's loyalty after he left for Texans
It was the biggest shocker of the first day of NFL free agency. Brock Osweiler left the defending Super Bowl champions to head to the Houston Texans.
The move leaves the Broncos scrambling for viable options at quarterback, with Peyton Manning announcing his retirement earlier this week.
So how does Broncos GM John Elway feel about Osweiler's stunning departure? The Broncos legend didn't mince words.
"We've stayed true to our philosophy of building a team with players who want to be Denver Broncos and want to be here. That's been a successful approach for us," he said on the Broncos official website.

"While we did offer a very competitive and fair long-term contract to Brock, we ultimately had to remain disciplined while continuing to assemble a roster that can compete for championships."
Elway definitely remained professional but slipping in "players who want to be Denver Broncos and want to be here" definitely spoke volumes. Now who do the Broncos turn to next season?
