Percy Harvin is staying in New York.

FOX Sports 1 NFL Insider Mike Garafolo has confirmed that the veteran wide receiver has agreed to a 1-year deal with the Buffalo Bills. FOXSports.com NFL Senior Writer Alex Marvez first reported that the two sides were working on a deal.

Harvin will be reunited with his former New York Jets coach Rex Ryan in Buffalo. Harvin landed with the Jets halfway through the 2014 season via a trade with the Seattle Seahawks.

Harvin can play a critical role in the passing and running games and also can contribute on special teams. He has one Pro Bowl selection and a first-team All-Pro nod under his belt. He was also named the offensive rookie of the year in 2009.

Harvin was part of the Seahawks team that won Super Bowl XLVIII.
