Watch Cam Newton throw the first touchdown of 2016
Ladies and gentlemen, NFL football is back. And for the first touchdown of 2016, we give you reigning MVP Cam Newton.
Watch him fire a strike into the end zone en route to an early 7-0 lead on the team the Panthers lost to in the Super Bowl, the Denver Broncos.
Again...

The @CameronNewton to @KelvinBenjamin is BACK.
And they're scoring TDs. #Kickoff2016 #KeepPounding https://t.co/2qlIdveA1P
That's Kelvin Benjamin, who missed last season due to injury, rediscovering his chemistry with Cam — they hooked up twice for 31 yards on that first drive and four times for 62 yards in the half.
In the second quarter, Cam scored his first TD of the season — and followed with his first celebration.
SUPERCAM doing SUPERCAM things...

Kelvin Benjamin showing with @Panthers did NOT have in the SB. Chris Harris entirely too small to cover him.
