Rollins, a second-round pick in this year's draft, had been on the non-football injury (NFI) list. Now that he's back in action, he will rejoin the competition at cornerback, where the main competitors to earn a starting job opposite Sam Shields are Casey Hayward, Micah Hyde and first-round rookie Damarious Randall.
Even if Rollins isn't ready for a starting role, he can still contribute right away in the nickel formation and on special teams.
