Texans cancel start of OTAs due to record flooding in Houston
The Houston Texans have canceled their practices and availability for Tuesday because of the massive flooding going on in many parts of Texas.
The Texans sent out these tweets as the situation around Houston and the rest of the state begins to grow dire.
The #Texans have canceled today's first Organized Team Activity (OTA) session due to inclement weather conditions in the Houston area.

The flooding has been somewhat unprecedented in the Houston area, where the city's first flash-flood warning has shut down mass transit and schools.
