Vincent Jackson: 'I feel as good as I did six or seven years ago'

Vincent Jackson may be 32 currently, but apparently age is just a number to him. As Pat Yasinskas of ESPN explains, Jackson doesn't feel as though his age is catching up to him. When asked about his age and whether or not he's "seen any signs that his age is catching up to him," he had a strong response.

“Absolutely not," said Jackson, 32. “I feel as good as I did six or seven years ago. It’s a blessing. I’ve been healthy and lucky. But, at the same time, I put in a lot of work as well."

With a rookie quarterback in Jameis Winston now under center, and a second-year receiver in Mike Evans, Jackson may be relied upon as a leader even more than in recent years. With that said, it's a great thing to hear that he's still feeling young and ready to continue to make plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
