Julio Jones - Poor 2021 debut Jones caught three receptions for 29 yards on six targets against Arizona on Sunday.
Impact The Tennessee offense fell apart against the Cardinals, and Jones' numbers suffered as a result. For Jones to catch just three passes for 29 yards against the Cardinals' weak cornerback personnel was almost unthinkable, especially considering Tennessee fell behind big early in the game. Jones is likely still a top talent at receiver -- he was immensely effective in 2020 -- but the Titans have some things they need to figure out as they hit the road to Seattle for Week 2. Improved pass protection would be a start after quarterback Ryan Tannehill was sacked five times by Arizona defender Chandler Jones.

A.J. Brown - Scores despite struggles Brown caught four receptions for 49 yards and one touchdown on eight targets against Arizona on Sunday.
Impact Arizona's cornerback personnel is dubious at best and the Titans should have capitalized in the home matchup, but the entire Tennessee offense managed to fall apart. It certainly didn't help that quarterback Ryan Tannehill was subjected to five sacks from the Cardinals' Chandler Jones, but it's still puzzling that the Titans didn't get Brown more than eight targets and fellow wideout Julio Jones with Tennessee falling behind early. The Seahawks don't have the cornerbacks to cover Brown or Jones as Tennessee heads on the road for Week 2, but Tennessee needs to get better pass blocking and quarterback play to capitalize.

Derrick Henry - Sluggish start to season Henry ran for 58 yards on 17 carries while catching three receptions for 19 yards on four targets against Arizona on Sunday.
Impact Henry couldn't find any room to run in a 38-13 loss where the Tennessee offense completely imploded. Perhaps it's more a credit to the Cardinals defense than a sign of concern for the Titans, but it was still a dud showing in what should have been a favorable, high-scoring scenario. It wasn't just Henry -- Ryan Tannehill and the Tennessee passing game couldn't get started either. They have the talent to bounce back with a vengeance going forward, but a Week 2 road matchup with Seattle won't exactly be welcoming.

Ryan Tannehill - Disappointing Week 1 showing Tannehill completed 21 of 35 passes for 212 yards, one touchdown and one interception against Arizona on Sunday while running for 17 yards and one touchdown.
Impact It was a weak showing in what arguably was the best on-paper matchup on Tannehill's entire 2021 schedule. Arizona pass rusher Chandler Jones almost single-handedly defeated the Tennessee offense by sacking Tannehill five times, leaving the Titans unable to capitalize on Arizona's poor cornerback personnel. A.J. Brown (four catches for 49 yards and one touchdown on eight targets) and Julio Jones (three catches for 29 yards on six targets) both fell flat in the outing. The Seahawks pass rush should be more manageable for Tannehill in Week 2, but the Titans offense has some questions to answer as it heads on the road to Seattle.
