Likely headed for surgery Brown (knee) will likely require surgery according to head coach Pete Carroll, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports. Impact Brown suffered a patella tendon injury in a loss Sunday to the Cardinals. If he does need surgery, he'll be out for the rest of the season. However, Carroll notes that Brown is still seeking opinions. The fourth-round rookie spent the first several weeks of the season on IR with knee soreness, but it's unknown if this current injury is related.
