Anthony Mantha put the Caps up 2-1 at 14:03 of the second when he drove the net and beat Bobrovsky with a high tip-in of a shot from Michael Scarbossa. Bob has put up three consecutive win after being pulled Jan. 19 against Minnesota. Overall, he has a 24-10-2 record in 37 starts, and he has a 2.49 GAA and .910 save percentage.

Sam Reinhart - Leads NHL in power-play goals Reinhart scored a power-play goal Thursday in a 4-2 win over Washington.
Impact Reinhart leads the league with 21 power-play goals. He deflected a point shot by Matthew Tkachuk to knot the game 2-2 late in the second. Reinhart's 13-game point streak ended Tuesday in a loss to Philly but now has 13 power-play goals in his last 19 games. This red-hot trend will cool, but Reinhart's excellent season continues to rage along. He has 38 goals and 63 points in just 51 games, and is on pace to obliterate his career-best mark of 82 in 78 games (2021-22). He's going to carry you to a championship.

Matthew Tkachuk - Torrid pace continues Tkachuk scored a goal and added two assists in a 4-2 win over the Capitals on Thursday.
Impact He has just 18 goals and 54 points in 52 games after two straight 100-plus point seasons. But Tkachuk has seriously picked up the pace with 30 points (12 goals; 63 shots) in his last 17 games. He has points in 15 of those games. Tkachuk is shooting at just 8.8 percent this season, which is significantly below his career average of 12.7. It will be hard for Chucky to continue this pace, but never say never.
