Kendall Wright will join the wide receivers room at the new TCO Performance Center, as the Minnesota Vikings officially signed the 28-year-old on Friday.
Selected in the first round by Tennessee in 2012, Wright spent five seasons with the Titans until playing in Chicago last year. He caught 59 passes for a team-high 614 yards and a touchdown last season for the Bears. Wright's best season came in his second year in the NFL when he racked up 94 receptions for 1,079 yards in 2013.
Wright will likely serve as the Vikings' third option at wide receiver behind Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs, a role Jarius Wright played before signing with Carolina this offseason.
