NASCAR RACE HUB Goes West, Airing Live from FOX Sports’ L.A. Studios Leading into California Race

As NASCAR teams prepare for the finale of the three-race NASCAR Goes West swing at Auto Club Speedway in southern California, FS1’s NASCAR RACE HUB, NASCAR’s most-watched daily news and highlights program, is taking the show on the road next week to the FOX Sports’ Los Angeles studios.
In the days preceding FOX’s live broadcast of the MONSTER ENERGY NASCAR CUP SERIES race at Auto Club Speedway (Sunday, March 18 at 3:30 PM ET), co-hosts Adam Alexander and Shannon Spake anchor the one-hour program, dubbed “Hub Goes West,” alongside analyst Larry McReynolds and reporter Daryl Motte from the FOX Sports studios on the FOX lot in Beverly Hills.
The quartet welcome NASCAR Hall of Famer and FOX NASCAR analyst Darrell Waltrip to the studio on Tuesday, March 13, and four-time champion and FOX NASCAR analyst Jeff Gordon on Thursday, March 15. Shannon Sharpe, Pro Football Hall of Famer and co-host of FS1’s SKIP AND SHANNON: UNDISPUTED, is in-studio with the Hub gang on Tuesday, while SPEAK FOR YOURSELF co-host and journalist Jason Whitlock stops by Wednesday. Former NFL player Shawne Merriman and FOX NFL analyst Greg Jennings join Matt DiBennedetto Monday to kick off the week.

According to Nielsen Media Research, NASCAR RACE HUB is up 1% (181,000 vs.179,000) in average viewership year-to-year in 2018 vs. 2017.
NASCAR is at ISM Raceway in Phoenix this weekend for the fourth race of the season, with FOX Sports offering 21 hours of live action from the one-mile oval, including live coverage of Sunday’s MONSTER ENERGY NASCAR CUP SERIES race and Saturday’s NASCAR XFINITY SERIES event (live on FOX at 4:00 PM ET).
