Inaugural U.S. Senior Women’s Open Tees Off on FS1 This Week
(Updated Friday, July 13) Chicago, Illinois – FOX Sports heads to Chicago Golf Club in Wheaton, Ill., this week for the inaugural U.S. Senior Women’s Open Championship, with championship coverage beginning Saturday, July 14 at 2:30 PM ET on FS1.
For the first-ever U.S. Senior Women’s Open, FOX Sports and the USGA travel to iconic Chicago Golf Club, the oldest 18-hole golf course in North America and one of the five founding clubs of the USGA. This will be the 12th USGA championship contested at the club, but the first Open championship to be held on-site in 107 years.
FOX Sports’ championship coverage begins with third round action on Saturday from 2:30 to 4:30 PM ET on FS1, with final round action televised on a delay on Sunday, July 15 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM ET on FS1. All television coverage is available on the FOX Sports App and usga.org.
Play-by-play announcer Shane Bacon and analyst Brad Faxon anchor the 18th Tower, while reporters Brett Quigley and Nicole Castrale offer insight and analysis from the course. Holly Sonders conducts player interviews and special features and David Fay is on-hand for rules analysis.
