LOS ANGELES – Today, FOX Sports announces welterweight contender Josesito Lopez joins International Boxing Hall of Famer Ray “Boom Boom” Mancini and host Kate Abdo for FOX PBC FIGHT NIGHT: ERISLANDY LARA VS. RAMON ALVAREZ programming Thursday, Aug. 29 and Friday, Aug. 30.
Saturday’s FOX PBC FIGHT NIGHT on FOX and FOX Deportes is headlined by former world champion Erislandy “The American Dream” Lara (25-3-3, 14 KOs) versus Ramon Alvarez (28-7-3, 16 KOs) for the WBA Super Welterweight title. Plus, super welterweights Sebastían “The Towering Inferno” Fundora (13-0, 9 KOs) and Jamontay “The Quiet Assassin” Clark (14-1, 7 KOs) battle in a 10-round attraction, while fast-rising Cuban heavyweight Frank Sánchez (12-0, 10 KOs) faces Puerto Rican Olympian Victor Bísbal (23-3, 17 KOs) in a 10-round heavyweight showdown.
