BIG NOON KICKOFF Live from Ann Arbor is Most-Watched College Football Pregame Show from 11:00 to Kickoff
NEW YORK – FOX Sports’ coverage of top-ranked Ohio State’s win over rival Michigan pulled in season-best numbers, drawing 12,421,000 viewers according to Nielsen Media Research. BIG NOON KICKOFF also garnered record viewership with 2,788,000 viewers from 11:00 AM ET to kickoff, making it the day’s most-watched college football pregame show on a primary network in that time frame.
The Buckeyes’ 56-27 victory over the Wolverines ranks as this season’s most-watched college football game on FOX and second most-watched college football game on any network.
Saturday evening, No. 7 Oklahoma’s win against No. 21 Oklahoma State in the annual Bedlam rivalry drew 5,817,000 viewers on FOX, the network’s most-watched primetime college football telecast this season.
Heading into Saturday’s Big Ten Championship Game between No. 1 Ohio State and No. 8 Wisconsin, FOX Sports is enjoying its most-watched college football season to-date, averaging 2,054,000 viewers on FOX and FS1, up +10% from the previous high (1,870,000 in 2017).
FOX Sports’ coverage of the 2019 Big Ten Championship Game begins Saturday at 7:00 PM ET with a one-hour edition of BIG TEN CHAMPIONSHIP PREGAME featuring host Rob Stone and analysts Brady Quinn, Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart and Urban Meyer. The Buckeyes and Badgers kick off at 8:00 PM ET with Gus Johnson, Joel Klatt and Jenny Taft on the call.
