FOX Sports Adds Versatile Broadcaster Adam Amin to Network’s Talent Roster
Amin Makes Network Debut With MLB ON FOX’s Opening Weekend Saturday, July 25
New York – FOX Sports strengthens its talented roster of voices with the addition of play-by-play announcer Adam Amin. The gifted broadcaster joins FOX Sports’ NFL and Major League Baseball coverage as well as the network’s college basketball telecasts. Today’s announcement was made by Brad Zager, Executive Producer and Executive Vice President, Head of Production and Operations, FOX Sports.
A rising star in the sports media landscape, Amin makes his network debut alongside Eric Karros on Saturday, July 25 at 1:00 PM ET on FOX as the Milwaukee Brewers head to Wrigley Field and face the Chicago Cubs.
“We’re unbelievably excited to officially welcome Adam to the FOX Sports family,” Zager said. “With his authenticity and versatility, he has already proven at this stage to be a top play-by-play announcer in the business and is among the next generation’s leading voices. Adam is a great fit for our network, and we’re thrilled to have him on the team.”
In addition to his FOX Sports duties, Amin will also serve as the Chicago Bulls primary television play-by-play announcer, beginning with the 2020-21 season.

Prior to FOX Sports, Amin spent nine years at ESPN where he covered a variety of high-profile sports and events across multiple platforms, including NFL and MLB playoffs broadcasts, college football, NBA regular season and playoffs broadcasts, two Women’s Final Fours, five Women’s College World Series, the McDonald’s High School All-American Games, the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest, and NCAA championship events in wrestling, volleyball, and baseball. Amin could also be seen anchoring “Baseball Tonight” in addition to the network’s NFL and college basketball studio programming.
Before joining ESPN, Amin served in a variety of roles – play-by-play, hosting and reporting – for Turner Sports Digital/NCAA Productions, FOX Sports Wisconsin, the Illinois High School Association and the Horizon League Network. Amin began his career with stops in Gary, Ind. and Somerset, NJ calling minor league baseball, as a studio host for football and basketball broadcasts at Valparaiso University, and as Sports Director at KUOO Radio in Spirit Lake, Iowa.
A native of Addison, Ill., Amin graduated with a degree in television and radio from Valparaiso University where he was named Indiana Collegiate Sportscaster of the Year by the state association of broadcasters twice. He currently resides in Chicago.
