Dramatic Opening Tease Narrated by Olivia Munn Sets Stage as U.S. Begins Quest for World Cup Title

Its’ been 16 years since the U.S. Women’s National Team captured the World Cup trophy, and the squad’s quest for a return to glory begins tonight on as the USWNT faces Australia (7:30 PM ET) on FOX Sports 1.

“You can’t quantify desire,” a dramatic opening tease narrated by Olivia Munn begins. “You can’t measure how much someone wants something. You just have to watch while they prove it.”

Voiced by Munn with Rihanna’s “American Oxygen” as the musical backdrop, the tease features USWNT stars like Abby Wambach, Alex Morgan and Sydney Leroux as they prepare to “settle the score.” The open runs in tonight’s pregame show, beginning at 6:30 PM ET on FOX Sports 1, live from FOX Sports’ state-of-the-art Vancouver studio.
