#20 USC at #4 Washington Highlights Exciting Weekend of College Football on FOX & FS1
An exciting weekend of college football on the FOX Sports family of networks kicks off Thursday night at 9:30 PM ET on FS1 as No. 15 Utah visits Arizona State. Joe Davis, Brady Quinn and Bruce Feldman call the action from Phoenix following FS1 COLLEGE FOOTBALL PREGAME, which highlights Utes running back Joe Williams, who came out of “retirement” earlier this season after spending four weeks away from the sport. Now he’s back and better than ever, with more yards in just three games than he compiled in his entire career previously.
This weekend’s full schedule features five teams ranked in the latest College Football Playoff poll, highlighted by No. 4 Washington against No. 20 USC on Saturday night. The fourth-ranked and undefeated Huskies welcome the Trojans, currently second in the Pac-12 South standings, for a 7:30 PM showdown at Husky Stadium on the FOX broadcast network with Gus Johnson, Joel Klatt and Shannon Spake on the call. Coverage begins at 7:00 PM ET with FOX COLLEGE FOOTBALL PREGAME hosted by Mike Hill with analysts Matt Leinart, Robert Smith and Dave Wannstedt, this week featuring Washington receiver John Ross, who is having an All-America season despite recovering from two knee surgeries. Ross discusses his rehab, the countdown to his return and a dream that he fulfilled in his first game back on the field.
Saturday’s action begins at 12:00 PM ET on FS1 as No. 16 West Virginia visits Texas. Davis, Quinn and Feldman pull double-duty this week, going from Phoenix to Austin for Mountaineers-Longhorns. Later in the afternoon, No. 13 Oklahoma State hosts Texas Tech at 3:30 PM ET on FS1, while No. 12 Colorado visits Arizona at 10:00 PM ET to close out the night. This weekend’s full schedule, including broadcaster information, is below.
Saturdays during the season, fans can log on to Facebook for “The Audible on Facebook Live,” a program hosted by Kristen Balboni with Feldman and Mandel that recaps the day’s action so far. An extension of Feldman and Mandel’s popular podcast of the same name, “The Audible on Facebook Live” can be seen each Saturday after the afternoon and evening slate of games. For notifications, like the CFB on FOX page on Facebook.
This season, FOX Sports televises top games from the Big 12 and Pac-12 conferences, plus the Pac-12 and Big Ten championship games. FOX Sports’ full college football schedule, photography, biographical information and more, can be found by visiting FOXSports.com/PressPass.
