Bio
Brad Zager was named President of Production & Operations/Executive Producer for FOX Sports in December 2021. In this role, Zager oversees all live event production, pre- and post-game shows, all operations and creative services in addition to digital content as it relates to live events. As Executive Producer, he is responsible for the look, sound and editorial content for game broadcasts. Zager reports to President, National Networks, Mark Silverman.
Zager has distinguished himself as a leader in the sports television industry during his FOX Sports career, most recently leading operations across all productions airing on FOX Sports, FS1 and FS2. Over his 23-year career, Zager has served in leadership roles at FOX Sports West and Prime Ticket producing Los Angeles Dodgers baseball, as well as most notably overseeing the successful launch of FOX Sports in Japan.
Dubbed the “Doogie Howser” of sports production by the Los Angeles Daily News, Zager became lead producer of FOX Sports West’s Dodgers coverage at the age of 26. In addition, Zager was the lead producer for live game production of national football games for the then-Pac 10 conference.
Zager began his professional career in 1996 as an intern at FOX Sports West where he quickly rose through the ranks serving as both Associate Producer and Associate Director during his tenure there. His vast sports expertise also includes producing for Major League Baseball, Premier Boxing Champions, College Football, College Basketball and Formula 1 Racing.
A native of West Bloomfield, Michigan, Zager currently resides in Los Angeles.
