FOX Sports’ FIFA WOMEN’S WORLD CUP 2015 Anthem Performed by AMERICAN IDOL Winner Nick Fradiani
AMERICAN IDOL XIV came to a sensational conclusion last night as Nick Fradiani was crowned the winner during the live two-hour Season Finale on FOX. Fradiani, 29, from Guilford, Conn., emerged as America’s choice. He is the 14th finalist to win the coveted AMERICAN IDOL title and joins past winners Kelly Clarkson, Ruben Studdard, Fantasia, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Hicks, Jordin Sparks, David Cook, Kris Allen, Lee DeWyze, Scott McCreery, Phillip Phillips, Candace Glover and Caleb Johnson. Fradiani capped his coronation on Wednesday’s finale by singing “Beautiful Life,” the official anthem for FOX Sports’ coverage of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2015 starting June 6 on FOX, FOX Sports 1 and FOX Sports 2. The soccer-themed music video combines images of Fradiani’s winning performance with those of the U.S. Women’s National Team training and preparing to take on the world next month.
