GARBAGE TIME WITH KATIE NOLAN Sets Viewership Record
Following her epic takedown of Dallas Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy last week which set a show record for digital views, GARBAGE TIME WITH KATIE NOLAN returned Wednesday, Oct. 14, to a record average television audience, as 473,000 tuned in to the episode’s Wednesday night premiere.
In the show, Episode 6 of Season 2, Katie shows fans that there are still positive stories in the NFL, sits down with Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant to talk about his underwear, and leads a sing-along with Mets fans dedicated to Chase Utley.
GARBAGE TIME launched its first full-length podcast on Thursday, in which Katie is joined by CNN anchor Rachel Nichols. The two discuss asking difficult questions to important people, the fear of being wrong as a woman in sports journalism and Hardy’s recent comments.
