FOX Sports Super Saturday is a day-long smorgasbord of top college sports action, bookended by the Big 12 and Big Ten football championship games, all on the FOX broadcast network. A full day of programming begins Saturday, Dec. 2, at 11:30 AM ET on FOX.
College Football Playoff positioning is on the line when coverage of the Big 12 Championship Game begins at 12:00 PM ET on FOX. No. 3 Oklahoma, led by Heisman Trophy frontrunner Baker Mayfield, faces No. 11 TCU with Joe Davis, Brady Quinn, Bruce Feldman and Petros Papadakis on the call when the game kicks off at 12:30 PM ET from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
In prime time on FOX, No. 4 Wisconsin battles No 8 Ohio State for the Big Ten title and a potential College Football Playoff berth. FOX Sports’ lead college football broadcast team of Gus Johnson, Joel Klatt and Jenny Taft call the action from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis when the Badgers and Buckeyes clash at 8:00 PM ET.
In between the Big 12 and Big Ten championship games, FOX presents a Big Ten basketball showdown as Ohio State and Wisconsin meet on the court to open conference play. In the network’s first ever basketball-football doubleheader featuring programs from the same two universities, the Buckeyes and Badgers tip off at 5:00 PM ET. Brian Anderson, Jim Jackson and Lisa Byington have the call live from the Kohl Center in Madison, Wis.
FOX Sports college football studio host Rob Stone and analysts Matt Leinart, Robert Smith and Dave Wannstedt are in Los Angeles all day long, beginning with pregame coverage of the Big 12 Championship Game at 12:00 PM ET. Saturday’s early pregame show includes Leinart’s sit-down with Mayfield, as well as a story on Oklahoma wide receiver Marquise Brown and Gus Johnson’s call that gave “Hollywood” his nickname. Later in the day, Stone, Leinart, Smith and Wannstedt are back to preview the Big Ten Championship with looks at Buckeyes quarterback J.T. Barrett, Badgers running back Jonathan Taylor and more.
