FOX Sports Kicks Off 2019 U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team Coverage on FOX Saturday, Feb. 2
LOS ANGELES – FOX Sports, home of the 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup, kicks off its 2019 U.S. Men’s National Team coverage on FOX Saturday, Feb. 2 at 3:30 PM ET.
Ian Joy anchors USA-Costa Rica pregame coverage alongside U.S. Soccer Hall of Famer Alexi Lalas live from the Avaya Stadium in San Jose, Calif. Once the action gets underway, lead play-by-play announcer John Strong calls the match alongside former U.S. International Stu Holden with former U.S. Women’s National Team Defender Danielle Slaton reporting from the sideline.
Earlier this month, the U.S. MNT kicked off a new era under head coach Gregg Berhalter with a 3-0 win against Panama. Berhalter and the reigning Gold Cup champions U.S. MNT face Gustavo Matosas and Costa Rica as both teams continue the road to the Gold Cup.
