U.S. MNT Faces Mexico for Second Straight Gold Cup Title on FS1
LOS ANGELES – This weekend, FOX Sports is live from multiple locations for a championship Sunday of soccer. The U.S. Women’s National Team pursues its second consecutive world title – and record fourth overall – in the FIFA Women’s World Cup France 2019™ final on FOX. Coverage begins Sunday, July 7, at 9:30 AM ET on FS1 followed by an hour-long pregame show on FOX at 10:00 AM ET. Later Sunday evening, the U.S. Men’s National team faces long-time Concacaf rival Mexico in the 2019 Gold Cup final on FS1. Coverage begins at 8:30 PM ET. Ahead of that, FOX Sports also carries two key Sunday MLS matchups.
Rob Stone hosts FIFA Women’s World Cup™ final pre- and postgame coverage from Paris’ famed Café de l’Homme alongside an international panel of experts – Heather O’Reilly, Kelly Smith, Ari Hingst, Eni Aluko and Alexi Lalas. Jenny Taft co-hosts pre- and postgame coverage from Lyon alongside Canadian five-time World Cup veteran and current Concacaf Head of Women’s Football Karina LeBlanc. Academy Award nominee Jessica Chastain once again voices her support for the U.S. WNT in FOX Sports’ pre-final hype video.
Once the action gets underway, World Cup™ veteran Aly Wagner joins legendary play-by-play announcer JP Dellacamera to call USA vs. Netherlands (11:00 AM ET, FOX) live from Stade de Lyon. Alex Curry reports from the sideline. The U.S. takes the pitch in a FIFA Women’s World Cup™ final for the fifth time, while Netherlands is making its first ever appearance in the tournament’s championship match.

The lead commentary team from last summer’s FIFA World Cup Russia™, seasoned play-by-play announcer John Strong and former U.S. international Stu Holden call Mexico vs. USA (9:00 PM ET, FS1) with Rodolfo Landeros reporting from the sideline.
