Revamped FOX NFL THURSDAY Live from New York Adds Pro Football Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez as Analyst
NEW YORK – FOX Sports’ THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL PRESENTED BY BUD LIGHT PLATINUM coverage kicks off Thursday, Sept. 26, when the Green Bay Packers take on the Philadelphia Eagles at 8:20 PM ET on FOX, NFL Network, FOX Deportes and Amazon Prime Video.
FOX’s lead NFL broadcasting duo, Emmy Award-winning play-by-play announcer Joe Buck and Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman, is on the call live from Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis. Erin Andrews and Kristina Pink report from the sidelines. Rounding out the team is FOX NFL Rules Analyst Mike Pereira.
The network opens its Thursday night slate with a special edition of FOX NFL THURSDAY PRESENTED BY VERIZON, featuring a panel comprised exclusively of Pro Football Hall of Famers, live from New York at 7:30 PM ET on FOX. Tony Gonzalez makes his Thursday night studio debut as analyst, joining host Michael Strahan and analysts Howie Long and Terry Bradshaw. Long and Bradshaw split analyst duties throughout the season, alternating Thursday Night Football appearances, while Gonzalez and Strahan remain weekly mainstays. Emmy Award-winning writer Sal “Cousin Sal” Iacono joins FOX NFL THURSDAY this season as comedian and game prognosticator, while Peter Schrager serves as the show’s NFL insider and reporter.

FOX Deportes’ Spanish-language presentation kicks off at 7:30 PM ET live from Lambeau Field. Hosts Rodolfo Landeros and Jessi Losada are joined by play-by-play announcer Adrian Garcia-Marquez, former Arizona Cardinals offensive lineman and analyst Rolando Cantu, and reporter Jaime Motta. An edition of NFLEROS, the network’s weekly NFL program, airs immediately after the Eagles-Packers game.
