FOX Sports, Bassmaster Reach Multiyear Content Deal

Live Television Coverage of Bassmaster Elite Series, Bassmaster Classic Highlights Historic Deal

LOS ANGELES – FOX Sports and legendary professional tournament fishing organization Bassmaster have reached a multiyear agreement to air the complete nine-event Bassmaster Elite Series season, along with the signature Academy Sports + Outdoors Bassmaster Classic presented by Huk, live across FOX Sports platforms beginning February 2021.

The Bassmaster Elite Series is one of seven series hosted by Bassmaster, a brand created by the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society (B.A.S.S.), which was founded in 1968. During the challenging 2020 season, the Bassmaster Elite Series was still able to complete their full schedule.

FOX Sports will air 10 events per season, highlighted by the Academy Sports + Outdoors Bassmaster Classic presented by Huk, with three hours of content on the FOX broadcast network and three hours of content on FS1 from Lake Ray Roberts outside of Ft. Worth, Texas, on March 19-21. For the first time in its history, the full Bassmaster Elite Series schedule will be featured on live television, beginning with the first tournament in February.
