FOX Sports Presents Final Draw for FIFA Men’s World Cup Qatar 2022™ After USMNT Officially Clinch Berth

FOX SPORTS PRESENTS FINAL DRAW FOR FIFA MEN’S WORLD CUP QATAR 2022™ AFTER USMNT OFFICIALLY CLINCH BERTH
LOS ANGELES – FOX Sports, the leader in live sports and the official FIFA World Cup™ English-language broadcast rights-holder through 2026, will present live coverage of the Final Draw for the FIFA Men’s World Cup Qatar 2022™ on Friday, April 1, starting at 11:30 AM ET on FS1. The FIFA World Cup™ Final Draw will take place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center in Qatar.
Fans across America are encouraged to tune-in to see who the USMNT will face in the group stage ahead of their highly anticipated return to the FIFA World Cup™. The USMNT officially clinched their spot in the tournament last night after earning an automatic spot in CONCACAF qualifying.
FOX Sports’ Stu Holden will be live in Doha to get immediate reactions from USMNT Head Coach Gregg Berhalter, as well as other nations’ managers and dignitaries in attendance. Host Rob Stone will anchor coverage from the FOX Sports studio in Los Angeles alongside analysts Alexi Lalas and Maurice Edu.
The Final Draw will take place from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM ET and determine how 29 qualified teams, two intercontinental play-off slot placeholders and one UEFA play-off slot placeholder are divided into eight groups of four for the tournament. Upon conclusion of the Final Draw, live coverage on FS1 will extend through 2:00 PM ET and feature Holden sharing insights and conducting interviews from Doha.
