FOX Sports’ BIG NOON SATURDAY Reigns as Most-Watched Regular Season Window in College Football
LOS ANGELES – FOX Sports today announced it has retained its premier collegiate media rights agreement with the Big Ten Conference, the most-watched conference in college sports in 2021-22.
Beginning 2023, in accordance with the start of the conference’s new media deals, FOX Sports’ package adds additional football and men’s basketball games to its elite schedule across its family of networks, while increasing FOX’s top game selections.

Highlights from the FOX Sports package include:
- Upgraded picks for the network’s top football “Game of the Week” selections
- Increased football game count across the FOX family of networks
- Ability to air premier football matchups in later windows with the addition of UCLA and USC to the Big Ten Conference – in addition to the network’s coveted Noon timeslot
- Four of the next seven Big Ten football Championship games set to air on FOX
- 200+ Men’s basketball games will air across the FOX family of networks each year
Most-Watched Regular Season Window in College Football
Launched in 2019, BIG NOON SATURDAY has made its mark in the college football landscape over the past three seasons, becoming the most-watched regular season college football window across any network in 2021. BIG NOON KICKOFF also celebrated its most-watched season ever.
Starting the 2022 Big Ten Season Strong
FOX Sports’ Big Ten coverage begins in Week 0 with a special matchup from the Emerald Isle as Nebraska takes on Northwestern from Dublin, Ireland, on Saturday, Aug. 27 at 12:30 PM ET on FOX. The Big Ten action continues Week 1 as Penn State takes on Purdue on Thursday, Sept. 1 at 8:00 PM ET on FOX. The BIG NOON KICKOFF and BIG NOON SATURDAY crews travel to the home of the Boilermakers in West Lafayette, IN, with pregame coverage beginning at 7:00 PM ET.
