146th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show Returns to FOX Sports

FOX Sports and Westminster Kennel Club Offer Full Multiplatform Coverage of Westminster Week

Los Angeles – FOX Sports presents full coverage of the 146th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, beginning Saturday, June 18, across FOX, FS1, FS2, FOX Deportes and digital platforms. The world’s top canine athletes are joined by many of FOX Sports’ most recognizable voices at the picturesque Lyndhurst Mansion in Tarrytown, N.Y., beginning with the Masters Agility Championship at Westminster and culminating with the crowning of Best in Show.

Longtime FOX Sports broadcaster Chris Myers and Gail Miller Bisher, the voice of the Westminster Kennel Club, are joined by veteran judge Jason Hoke in the broadcast booth. FOX Sports’ Jenny Taft returns to host FS1’s primetime coverage of group judging as well as Best in Show, alongside reporter Jamie Little.

FOX Sports play-by-play announcer John Strong is on the call for the weekend’s agility competition, alongside analyst Terry Simons and reporter Rodolfo Landeros. Strong and Landeros also contribute to coverage of daytime breed judging with analysts Kim Meredith and Remy Smith-Lewis.

Westminster Week kicks off with the ninth annual Masters Agility Championship at Westminster on Saturday, with preliminary competition streaming live on WestminsterKennelClub.org from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM ET. Agility competition concludes in a special presentation on the FOX broadcast network, from 12:30 to 3:00 PM ET on Sunday, June 19.

From Monday, June 20 to Wednesday, June 22, the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show showcases breed judging each day from 1:00 to 4:00 PM ET on FS2. Primetime coverage of the 146th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show continues Tuesday and Wednesday, from 7:00 to 11:00 PM ET on FS1 with a 30-minute pre-event program before breed winners enter the ring at 7:30 PM ET.

For the first time ever, FOX Deportes also provides extensive Westminster coverage, as play-by-play announcer Jorge Viera and experienced dog show judge Johan Becerra-Hernandez present Tuesday’s primetime competition from 7:00 to 11:00 PM ET. On Wednesday, Spanish language coverage will be offered from 7:00 to 11:00 PM ET on the FOX Sports App and FOXSports.com, with a tape-delayed replay airing on Thursday, June 23, from 6:00 to 10:00 PM ET on FOX Deportes.

Each weekday, full competition coverage is available streaming live from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET on WestminsterKennelClub.org. All coverage on FOX, FS1, FS2 and FOX Deportes is also available on the FOX Sports App and FOXSports.com.

Alex Faust

Faust serves as a play-by-play voice for FOX Sports’ coverage of college football, college basketball, and Major League Baseball. Since the 2020 college football season, Faust has been paired with longtime analyst Petros Papadakis.

From 2017-23, Faust worked as the TV play-by-play voice for the Los Angeles Kings, replacing the legendary Bob Miller. Faust regularly calls NHL games for TNT and, previously, NBC Sports.

From 2017 to 2021, Faust was a regular announcer for the Tennis Channel, with assignments spanning the US Open, French Open, and Australian Open.

Before joining FOX Sports, Faust was a radio broadcaster for the AHL’s Utica Comets, calling the first game in franchise history, serving as the ‘Inside the Glass’ reporter for the 2015 AHL All-Star Game, and calling games during the team’s run to the Calder Cup Finals in 2015.

During that span, Alex also served as the voice of Northeastern University men’s basketball, broadcasting the team’s first conference championship in more than two decades, and at age 26 he became one of the youngest commentators to ever work an NCAA tournament game.

Recognized as an up-and-coming talent in the sports broadcasting world, Faust won the Jim Nantz Award as a college junior in 2011, which is presented annually to the nation’s top collegiate sports broadcaster.

Faust graduated from Northeastern University in 2012 with a degree in political science and economics.

Geoff Shreeves

Geoff Shreeves reports from the sidelines in Germany at UEFA EURO 2024™ following successful runs with FOX Sports at FIFA World Cup Qatar 2002 and FIFA World Cup Russia 2018™. He previously has served as a sideline reporter for FOX Sports’ Champions League coverage.

His critically acclaimed and celebrated career as a reporter in the United Kingdom spans 30 years at Sky Sports, where he covered the biggest matches across the Premier League and other major tournaments. Shreeves’ career in broadcasting began in the U.S. in 1990 with TNT and CBS. He currently contributes to CBS’ soccer coverage in the U.S.

Charlie Dixon

Charlie Dixon, a former NBC and ESPN executive, joined FOX Sports as Executive Vice President of Content for FS1 in July 2015, overseeing all content and production on the channel.

Dixon joins FOX Sports from NBC, where he was most recently Senior Vice President of Development, working with MSNBC and NBC News. Prior to NBC News, Dixon at ESPN co-developed Olbermann, Numbers Never Lie, Colin Cowherd’s New Football Show and the reimagining of First Take. Before that, Dixon ran the digital media department at IMG where he launched the first-ever made-for-mobile sports network and co-created the American Express Fashion Network for New York Fashion Week.

Dixon is a 1993 graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a B.S. in European History.

Daniel “El Ruso” Brailovsky

A talented ex-soccer player and coach, renowned television commentator, Daniel “El Ruso” Brailovsky joined the FOX Deportes family as a member of FUTBOL SIN CODIGOS in 2011. Brailovsky currently serves as a commentator for the network’s leading soccer sports program, LA ÚLTIMA PALABRA, a role he assumed in May 2012. He is also part of the dynamic FOX Sports Radio team in Mexico, along with André Marin and Alex Blanco, and served on the panel of talent for DEBATE FINAL for the 2014 World Cup.

As a player, Brailovsky was a six-time First Division League champion in Mexico, Uruguay and Israel and holds the distinction as the only player in history to have been a member of three different national teams (Uruguay, Argentina and Israel). Brailovsky played for Peñarol de Uruguay, All Boys and Independiente in Argentina and America in Mexico, where he quickly became an idol. After the earthquake suffered by Mexico in 1985, Brailovsky left Mexico to play for Macabi Haifa in Israel.

Once his soccer career as a player ended, Brailovsky become a coach for Macabi Haifa, winning two consecutive championships and taking the team to its first UEFA Champions League quarterfinals. He later returned to Mexico where he reached the Copa Sudamericana Finals with America and won the Interliga title with the Aguilas, taking them to Copa Libertadores.

Prior to FOX Deportes, Brailovsky worked for ESPN Deportes as an analyst and commentator on FUTBOL PICANTE, SPORTSCENTER, UEFA Champions League, ROAD TO THE WORLD CUP, Copa Libertadores, his own show, RULETA RUSA and ESPN’s RADIO FORMULA in Mexico.

Brailovsky was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
