LOS ANGELES – FOX Sports’ award-winning broadcaster Curt Menefee teams with critically acclaimed analyst Joel Klatt on the call for the inaugural United Football League (UFL) Championship presented by the U.S. Army, featuring the Birmingham Stallions taking on the San Antonio Brahmas live from The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis on Sunday, June 16, at 5:00 PM ET on FOX, FOX Deportes and the FOX Sports app.
Menefee and Klatt are joined by former NFL quarterback and FOX Sports analyst Brock Huard, who will report from the sidelines.
The two-time USFL champion Birmingham Stallions, led by coach Skip Holtz, defeated the Michigan Panthers 31-18 last Saturday in the USFL Conference Championship, while the San Antontio Brahmas, coached by Wade Phillips, held off the St. Louis Battlehawks 25-15 Sunday in the XFL Conference Championship on FOX.
The Stallions enter Sunday’s championship on FOX with five players from the inaugural All-UFL Team, including quarterback and UFL MVP Adrian Martinez, tight end Jace Sternberger, offensive guard Zack Johnson, defensive lineman Carlos Davis and safety A.J. Thomas.
The Brahmas have two players on the All-UFL Team – offensive guard Kohl Levao and inside linebacker Tavante Beckett.

All 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES Races to Air on FOX
Agreement Includes Extensive Multi-Platform Coverage of the Indy 500 Across the FOX Sports Family of Networks
INDYCAR and FOX Sports today announce the new exclusive home of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES and the iconic Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge beginning in 2025. The new media rights deal provides a massive and unprecedented increase in exposure for North America’s premier open-wheel racing series, with every 2025 race airing on FOX and available on the FOX Sports app. FOX Deportes will carry exclusive Spanish-language television coverage with a schedule to be announced at a later date.
FOX will also provide coverage of Indy 500 qualifications on both Saturday and Sunday, bringing the total number of broadcast network windows to 19, a new record for the NTT INDYCAR SERIES. INDYCAR will become the only premier motorsport in the United States with exclusive major broadcast network coverage for all of its races.

The 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season kicks off with the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg on Sunday, March 2 and concludes with the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix on Sunday, August 31. The 109th Running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge takes place on Sunday, May 25. The full schedule was released today and can be viewed here.
Indy 500 Race Day coverage will be extensive for fans across the country, with a five-hour window on FOX set aside for “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing.” The Indy 500 is annually the world’s largest single-day spectator sporting event, attracting a crowd of more than 300,000 people to the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
The immersive collaboration will see all practice and qualifying sessions for the NTT INDYCAR SERIES telecast on cable on FS1 and FS2. The majority of INDY NXT by Firestone races will also air on FS1, with FS2 providing supplemental coverage of additional races.
This news comes on the heels of continued growth and momentum for INDYCAR, which has seen rising attendance across its schedule, significant growth in commercial partnerships and record metrics across its digital platforms.

Ariane Hingst
Ariane Hingst, a two-time FIFA Women’s World Cup™ champion with Germany, returns to FOX Sports as an analyst for this summer’s Germany-based UEFA EURO tournament. Hingst has previously starred as a studio analyst with FOX Sports across the network’s FIFA Women’s World Cup™ coverage since 2015. She played in four FIFA Women’s World Cups™ and made 173 international appearances throughout her career. Hingst was also the youngest player on Germany’s FIFA Women’s World Cup USA 1999™ squad.
Hingst turned to coaching after her active career and worked with VfL Wolfsburg as an assistant coach and from 2021 with the German U19 and U20 women’s national teams. In 2022, she was inducted into the German Football Hall of Fame.
FOX Sports Announces Broadcaster Match Assignments for UEFA EURO 2024™ Group Stage
LOS ANGELES – As excitement builds towards the opening match of the UEFA EURO 2024™ on FOX this Friday, June 14, signaling the start to the most anticipated time on this year’s international soccer calendar, FOX Sports today reveals its broadcaster match assignments for the group stage portion of the prestigious tournament.
The UEFA EURO 2024™ opening match between host nation Germany and Scotland features esteemed play-by-play announcer Ian Darke and U.S. Men’s National Team icon and match analyst Landon Donovan leading the call from Munich Football Stadium. The duo will be joined in stadium by reporter Geoff Shreeves. Live coverage begins at 2:00 PM ET on FOX with the newly named EURO TODAY pre-match show before the competition kicks off at 3:00 PM ET.
The second day of the tournament, Saturday, June 15, is headlined by a UEFA EURO 2024™ doubleheader on FOX with live coverage starting at 11:00 AM ET. Veteran voice Derek Rae joins match analyst and former England National Team goalkeeper Robert Green to call Spain vs. Croatia with reporter Tom Rinaldi on the Olympiastadion Berlin sidelines, while acclaimed play-by-play announcer Jacqui Oatley pairs with match analyst and former England National Team defender Warren Barton to cover Italy vs. Albania from BVB Stadion Dortmund.

FOX Sports’ inaugural presentation of the UEFA EURO™ tournament begins Friday, June 14, at 2:00 PM ET on FOX with host nation Germany vs. Scotland. FOX Sports studio coverage for the tournament features iconic new additions in former England National Team striker Daniel Sturridge, all-time great Italian center-back Giorgio Chiellini and legendary Danish goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel. Hingst has previously starred as a studio analyst with FOX Sports across the network’s FIFA Women’s World Cup™ coverage. She played in four FIFA Women’s World Cups™ and made 173 international appearances throughout her career. Hingst was also the youngest player on Germany’s FIFA Women’s World Cup USA 1999™ squad.
Giorgio Chiellini makes his U.S. broadcast debut as a studio analyst with FOX Sports on UEFA EURO 2024™. Heralded worldwide as one of the best all-time center backs for his tenacious style of play, Chiellini played 117 times for Italy across a storied 18 years with the National Team, including serving as captain of Italy’s UEFA EURO 2020™ title run and being named Defender of the Tournament following Italy’s triumph.
Daniel Sturridge, a former striker on the England National Team, makes his FOX Sports debut as a studio analyst this summer. Sturridge made 383 appearances for club and country, scoring 134 times and featuring for England at the FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014™ and UEFA EURO 2016™. Sturridge’s successful Premier League club career was headlined by runs with Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City.
Peter Schmeichel rose to prominence as a goalkeeper and left a lasting legacy in net across a storied career with the Danish National Team and Manchester United in the Premier League. While at Manchester United, he won 15 trophies and helped captained the club to victory in the 1999 UEFA Champions League Final. Schmeichel also played for a Denmark squad that won UEFA EURO 1992™. Since retiring, Schmeichel has thrived as a broadcaster in the United Kingdom and the U.S.
Stu Holden is FOX Sports’ lead soccer match analyst for the network’s premier soccer coverage. Holden has called numerous prestigious matches throughout his career, including the FIFA World Cup™ Final in 2018 and 2022, and most recently served as a studio analyst for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™. Jules Breach joins FOX Sports as new lead host for the UEFA EURO 2024™ tournament. Breach currently serves as lead reporter and presenter for TNT Sports in the United Kingdom, as well as host for Channel 4’s coverage of England National Team matches in the U.K. Since the launch of TNT Sports in the U.K., she has taken on a broader role at the network presenting UEFA Europa League matches and reporting on the Premier League and UEFA Champions League.

Alexi Lalas is FOX Sports’ lead studio analyst for soccer, a role he has flourished in since joining the network in 2015. His signature red hair and fierce style of play helped the dynamic defender become one of the most recognizable faces in soccer. Lalas made his mark with the USMNT as a player during FIFA World Cup USA 1994™ and FIFA World Cup France 1998™. He was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame in 2006 and currently hosts ALEXI LALAS’ STATE OF THE UNION podcast.
Maurice Edu joined FOX Sports in 2018 following his retirement from professional soccer and made his major international soccer tournament debut as a broadcaster at FIFA Women’s World Cup France 2019™. Carli Lloyd is back for her second summer and third major international tournament with FOX Sports after debuting with the network as a studio analyst at FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. Lloyd announced her retirement in 2021 following a legendary international career with the U.S. Women’s National Team (USWNT) that spanned 17 years and concluded with 316 caps, good for second all-time in U.S. history and third all-time internationally for both men and women. She represented the U.S. on the pitch across three different decades, including four FIFA Women’s World Cups™, winning two (2015 and 2019) and four Olympic Games. She played in more FIFA World Women’s Cup™ and Olympic matches than any other player in USWNT history.
Clint Dempsey returns to FOX Sports after making his analyst debut with the network at FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. Dempsey brings a former player perspective to the desk having represented the U.S. at the 2006, 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups™, where he became the first and only USMNT player in squad history to score in three different tournaments. He retired from the game in 2018 tied with former teammate Landon Donovan for the title of all-time leading scorer in USMNT history with 57 goals. He was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame in 2022.
Juan Pablo Ángel was a standout striker across a decade-long career for club and country that featured 9 goals in 33 appearances for the Colombia National Team, and successful runs with Argentine side River Plate from 2007-2011, Premier League side Aston Villa from 2001-2007. In 2007, he moved to Major League Soccer and joined the New York Red Bulls, where he would go on to post 58 goals and 14 assists in 100 starts with the club. Ángel remains the second leading goal-scorer in Red Bulls history and finished his MLS career with 72 goals. He also previously served as a studio analyst with Telemundo Deportes.

Jenny Taft anchors the lead reporter role for FOX Sports this summer and will be embedded with the USMNT throughout their CONMEBOL Copa América 2024™ run. Taft has earned critical acclaim for her reporting across multiple men’s and women’s FIFA World Cup™ tournaments and contributes in a variety of roles for FOX Sports, including as the lead reporter for the network’s college football coverage and host for the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.
Ana Jurka is an Emmy Award winning journalist who makes her FOX Sports debut this summer as a reporter for CONMEBOL Copa América 2024™. Jurka will be embedded with the Argentina National Team throughout their tournament run. Chris “The Bear” Fallica is back in studio as wagering expert across the tournaments. He joined FOX Sports last year following a celebrated run at ESPN that spanned nearly three-decades as a research producer and on-air personality for “College GameDay.” Fallica also contributed to ESPN’s coverage of the FIFA World Cup South Africa 2010™ and has received multiple Sports Emmy awards for his contribution to coverage across multiple properties.
Michael Timbs
United Kingdom based media personality, content creator and celebrated, fan-favorite Premier League host Michael Timbs joins FOX Sports in Germany as a reporter capturing the sights and sounds of UEFA EURO 2024™. Timbs will serve as a FOX Sports correspondent from fan fests and share live reports throughout the tournament.
He’s previously appeared on Match of the Day and BBC Football Focus in the U.K.
Peter Schmeichel
Peter Schmeichel makes his FOX Sports debut this summer as a Los Angeles based studio analyst who will also travel to Germany as a reporter for UEFA EURO 2024™. Schmeichel rose to prominence as a goalkeeper and left a lasting legacy in net across a storied career with the Danish National Team and Manchester United in the Premier League. While at Manchester United, he won 15 trophies and helped captained the club to victory in the 1999 UEFA Champions League Final, which helped the Red Devils complete the historic treble. Schmeichel also played for a Denmark squad that won UEFA EURO 1992™ and is the most capped player of all-time for the Denmark with 129 matches between 1987 and 2001. He also was in net for Denmark at the FIFA World Cup France 1998™.
Since retiring, Schmeichel has thrived as a broadcaster in the United Kingdom with Sky Sports, BT Sport, BBC Radio and the Premier League Channel among notable networks, as well as CBS in the U.S.
