FOX Sports’ RJ Young presents his Top 25 rankings after Week 3 of the 2022 college football season. RJ was particularly impressed by the Oklahoma Sooners and Minnesota Golden Gophers, enough to move Oklahoma to four and Minnesota into the top ten. Following the Michigan State Spartans' disappointing loss on the road to Washington, RJ dropped them out of his top ten to 25.
