ImpactBond had little to do during Saturday's draw, making only a single save. The keeper simply wasn't tested much as Portland didn't get forward past the stout LA Galaxy defense often. Bond will hope for another easy clash Saturday, against San Jose as he looks for his sixth clean sheet in 16 matches.

Victor Vazquez - Subs off earlyVazquez had two shots (two on goal) before coming off in the 32nd minute in Saturday's 1-1 tie versus Portland Timbers.
ImpactVazquez came off after just 32 minutes looking thoroughly out of it. It's unclear if it was an injury or simply just age catching up to the 35-year old, but he looked well off the pace and unable to keep up with a quick Portland defense. Dejan joveljic replaced him for the remainder of the match, scoring LA Galaxy's only goal. Vazquez is uncertain for Saturday's trip to San Jose and is likely dealing with a knock, though it could be something more serious.

ImpactLeerdam came off the bench to provide a secondary assist during Saturday's draw, his first assist of the campaign.
